Edenlife specialises in developing, owning and operating lifestyle communities (land lease, grouped dwelling) for independent over 50s and we are looking for a team member with a passion for innovation in developing new land lease communities. 

With several communities under development in selected locations across the Perth metro and southwest regions, and others planned, Edenlife is growing fast, and this is your opportunity to join an exciting WA owned company.

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate, and support project delivery across the following areas:

• Manage and coordinate civil and earthworks contractors. 
• Managing and coordinate modular home builders, inbound home deliveries and onsite home build programs to practical completion including liaising with all stakeholders.  
• Liaising with home buyers and the local management/sales team to address all warranty and home related repairs.
• Assist in the assessment of potential development sites including feasibility input requirements.
• Active management of cost saving opportunities.
• Ensure effective compliance with OH&S legislation and site safety management plan.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in construction, land development and project management. 
• Experience managing medium to large projects across multiple sites. 
• Demonstrated experience with leading two or more projects at once. 
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and communicate with all types of people.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contracts. 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and manage budgets (including estimation, forecasting and tracking).
• Demonstrated ability to implement site safety management plans.
• C class vehicle licence
• White card

Desirable skills and qualifications:

• Completion of relevant post graduate tertiary education and technical competencies (or equivalent experience).
• Senior First Aid
