The Company

My client provides specialist Development and Project Management services to large scale owner operators, developers, government and private investor clients. The company work across Institutional, age care, health and residential projects up to $100 Million Dollars. As a business they will also undertake private, in-house developments that are self funded if the right opportunity arises. 

Over 75% of the clients are repeat business customers and it is paramount you enjoy building long term relationships and have strong people management skills in a client focused role.

It is important to stress that the right individual will have Residential Unit project experience, however there is also scope to work across their portfolio of projects in different sectors.

The Role

• You will be Reporting to the Managing Director and a Projects Director.
• You will have an opportunity to work towards becoming a future Projects Director as management in the business are only promoted internally. 
• You will typically be working across 2-3 projects at any one time depending on project value and complexity. 
• To help coordinate your work you will be overseeing and helping mentor an Assistant Project Manager. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree qualified in a Property or Construction Discipline. 
• You will have 2-4 years client side project management experience.
• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering Residential Medium Density projects - 10 units through to 250 units. 
• You will be able to demonstrate coordinating up to three jobs at any one time. You will be coordinating pre-construction and delivery stages of a project.  
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Enjoy building long term relationships with all project stakeholders. 
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy.
• You will have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
