About the Role
Our client is a well-known commercial construction company who is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with exposure constructing fast food outlets, petrol stations and/or childcare centres
Your primary day to week activities will include;
- Coordinating all aspects of the project life cycle across several different projects
- Stakeholder management
- Lead and manage project execution teams to maximise performance
- Create & execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and procurement plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards including WHS requirements
- Prepare tender submissions and cost reports
The role requires reliance on;
- Your previous Project Management experience in a similar role.
- Your qualifications in Building or Project Management
- Your experience in estimating and contract administration
- Your ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Your exceptional organisational, multi-site management and time management skills to meet quality project milestones
- Your demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Your proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Your calmness in day to day happenings but your sense of humour resonating
