3D Commercial are seeking a Project Manager to join a hugely successful Commercial builder, working on Greenstar Industrial Business Parks, Temperature Controlled Warehouses, Car Showrooms, Storage Facilities & Other Commercial Builds builds upto $50m.

THE ROLE

• Responsible for writing and managing construction program
• Liaising with sub contractors to offer value management for the end client
• Managing the construction process from inception to completion.
• Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting throughout the project.
• Lead Safety meetings on site and coach team members on safe practices
• Enhance the construction process with your building knowledge and guide others around you
• Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times.

YOU 

• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline (not essential as long as you have construction expereince as a Project Manager)
• Design and Construct (D&C) experience highly regarded 
• Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple projects between $5m - $50m in value as a Project Manager.
• Must have experience delivering commercial building projects in Australia.
• Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
• Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
