About the Role

Join Origin’s Core Platform & Technology Delivery team as a Project Manager delivering impactful technology initiatives across Retail and Corporate portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Delivery – Corporate, you will lead the successful delivery of technology projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives. Working across a complex enterprise technology landscape, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver projects that support operational efficiency, innovation and Origin’s broader strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Retail and Corporate portfolios


• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements, define success metrics and manage delivery expectations


• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes


• Coordinate cross-functional teams, shared resources and third-party vendors to deliver agreed scope and standards


• Drive project governance, reporting and compliance with technology delivery frameworks and approval processes


• Support organisational change activities including communications, training, cutover and transition planning


• Ensure project outcomes align to business strategy and targeted benefit realisation objectives

About You

You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering technology projects within complex enterprise environments. You are confident managing multiple stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.You bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style that enables teams to perform at their best. You are proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence.

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, governance and delivery frameworks


• Experience managing budgets, vendors, risks and cross-functional project teamsThe ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions


• Experience working within large and complex organisations


• Exposure to the energy industry or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded


• Project Management certification and/or tertiary qualifications are advantageous
