Project Manager - Exciting Challenge

I am seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager for my Fitout & Refurbishment client. To deliver fitout projects up to $15M & Residential projects up to $30M.

Key Duties

• Produce construction programs, procurement schedules and procure all materials in conjunction with the team
• Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, ensuring the safety of site and team members at all times
• Produce quality plans and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project
• Attend weekly site meetings and issue weekly project reports
• Provide formal project feedback

  
Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience as a Project Manager within the Fitout and Refurbishment Industry
• MUST have experience with fitout & refurb projects from $10M+
• Tertiary qualification, preferably Building or Engineering or Trade qualification with further relevant education
• Great communication skills
• Dynamic, passionate and a team player
• Preferably advanced with Procore
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• An eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot problems
