Our client is a leading provider of commercial ceilings and walls solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects to their clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial ceilings and walls, coupled with proven site/project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management for jobs up to $2,500,000.
• Day-to-day correspondence with our project team on the ground. This includes sequence planning for future tasks
• Knowledge of building regulations, WSHEQ regulations and Quality Assurance
• SWMS preparation
• Communication with the builder's project team
• Material orders/coordination
• Invoicing
• Project planning
• Full comprehension of commercial plans
• Labor coordination

Key Requirements:

• Commercial ceilings and walls experience
• Trade qualified 
• Site/project management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to read and interpret commercial plans
• Proficiency in project management software
• Valid driver's license.
