Project Manager - Immediate Start

The Role
  
Johnstaff is looking for an energetic and innovative Project Manager who is passionate about delivering fantastic outcomes for our clients on complex social infrastructure projects.
  
You will be working on a mix of Government, Private Health and Education Projects.
  
You will get the chance to work with industry leaders who have vast experience in delivering complex projects.

The Role
  
Responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder and Consultant Engagement
• Design Management
• Procurement Management
• Program Management
• Contractor Management
• Superintendency
• Client Management and Reporting
• Risk / Value Management

Skills & Experience

• Around 4 years of Construction Project Management experience
• Degree qualification relating to either Architectural, Engineering, Construction or Project Management preferable
• Healthcare, Education & Commercial experience preferred
• Contract Administration
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
• Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects;
• Strong communication skills (formal & informal) with a can-do attitude
