Experienced Project Manager required to join our team to work for our blue-chip clients on a multi-million dollar high profile program.

If you can demonstrate all of the following essential capabilities and a range of the desirable capabilities we would like to hear from you.

Essential Capabilities

• Subject Matter Expert having worked across remediation programs related to KYC compliance
• Proven experience in leading and managing business critical program of work within financial services sector
• Extensive experience in KYC compliance
• Effective leadership skills to effectively intervene wherever gaps in the Projects are and provide solutions that benefit the business
• Solid background in implementing project management principles, by applying strong business acumen to drive high quality results 
• A dynamic, pragmatic style with demonstrated ability to engage and manage a diverse stakeholder base (Legal, APRA regulators, SME's, Business SME's, Business Sponsors and Suppliers/vendors)
• Consultative approach with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to win confidence of C-Level executives and facilitate business decision making

Highly Desirable Capabilities

• Detail oriented with an ability to take instructions and lead the project.
• KYC and remediation
• Provide detail reports on daily basis regarding project status, team and tasks/responsibilities.
• Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills
