The Role

Under the guidance of your Construction Manager, you'll spearhead the delivery of luxury multi-residential projects, ranging from $10M to $100M in value. Projects will encompass a spectrum from high-end residences to bespoke developments, ensuring a dynamic and varied portfolio.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and competency in overseeing projects from inception to fruition. Specific responsibilities will entail ensuring seamless execution throughout all project phases.

Are you suitable?

If you're in the commercial construction scene in Brisbane and have experience working with tier 1, 2, or 3 builders, this opportunity is for you. If you can show success as a Project Manager on luxury multi-residential projects exceeding $30M in Brisbane, have strong relationships within the local market, possess leadership skills to mentor and develop teams, and have at least 3 years of experience in luxury multi-residential projects in Brisbane, we want to hear from you!
