In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering complex property and infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, this role will see you leading multiple, interdependent projects from early scoping and feasibility through to delivery, evaluation, and benefits realisation.
You will play a key role in shaping project strategy, managing scope, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement, while building capability across large scale property development, precinct renewal, and infrastructure delivery.
You will lead and coordinate high quality project outcomes in a fast paced, highly commercial and politically sensitive environment, balancing competing priorities, legislative requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

This position is open to suitably qualified employees across NSW, office based in either Macquarie Park, Greater Western Sydney, Newcastle, Ballina, Grafton or Wollongong, Dubbo, Parkes, Orange, Wagga Wagga, Western NSW - two fixed term roles and 1 Permanent Position.
About you
Your strong project management capability, commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership, formed across property development, infrastructure, construction, government, or large scale program environments, will see you excel in delivering complex property projects to time, cost, quality, and scope while managing risk and driving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
You’re recognised as a trusted project leader, skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments, managing interdependencies and translating strategy into delivery, and experienced in leading multiple projects with competing demands while maintaining governance, accountability, and a strong customer focus.
