About Your New Role:

The Project Manager - Strategic Programs is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that scale the business, optimise operations, leverage advanced technology, elevate customer experience, strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and maximise financial outcomes. Additional key responsibilities include:
  • Project planning and execution
  • Stakeholder management
  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Process improvement and innovation
  • Risk management and compliance
  • Financial management
  • Business analysis and process improvement
  • Technical integration and system consulting
About You:

To be considered for the role, you should have:
  • Project Management qualification
  • Three years experience in project management, preferably in system technology
  • Understanding of the property management industry
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A demonstrated passion for improving business processes and user outcomes
  • Analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve
  • Valid working rights in Australia
