Your opportunity

• Project Managers and Construction Managers
• We currently have major projects in remote SA, QLD, NSW and NT
• 2:1 rosters FIFO from all states
• Generous salary packages including project uplifts and incentives
• Permanant full time roles

Our valued Project Managers and Construction Managers have accountability for large scale surface and/or underground SMP Construction projects ranging from $10M-$50M+ in base metals mining, energy, oil & gas environments. 

You’ll make an impact by:

• Leading the safety culture, initiatives and performance for the project to achieve agreed targets
• Providing leadership to the project team demonstrating excellence in fostering and managing client relationships, employee engagement and collaboration throughout the business
• Planning and directing projects - managing schedule and budget to meet project objectives
• Efficient allocation and utilisation of resources, including personnel, plant & equipment and materials.

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience with accountability for $10M - $50M+ projects
• Relevant industry experience in SMP construction in heavy industrial sectors such as base metals mining, underground mining or energy, oil and gas
• Experience leading and motivating construction project delivery teams.
• A solid understanding of construction and/or project management and the ability to drive commercial and operational outcomes from your teams
• The ability to produce and present accurate project reports and forecasts to both client representatives and senior internal leaders.
• An Engineering degree, Trade qualification and/or Project Management qualifications would be considered favourably.
