Project Officer – VET Learner Management System (LMS)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Project Officer – VET Learner Management System (LMS) to support the ongoing development, enhancement and operational management of our Vocational Education and Training (VET) LMS.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the IT Directorate to coordinate system changes, facilitate change request processes and ensure minimal disruption to services. You will contribute to the design, testing and implementation of system improvements, develop engaging and compliant online learning content, and provide high-quality support to end users.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve business processes, maintaining system documentation, testing system integrations and ensuring the LMS continues to meet organisational and compliance requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration and delivering technology solutions that improve the learner experience.
