A little bit about the company:
An opportunity fresh to the market to join a project sales and marketing team who have been recently appointed to sell a luxury resident apartment project on behalf of a private residential developer. This multi-stage mixed use residential and commercial project that is ready to launch in July 2024 requires the skills of an experienced Project Sales Agent to join the team. This group have in excess of 400 apartments to sell over multiple stages that will span over the next five years.
Benefits of working for this company: - $60,000 - $70,000 + commissions
- OTE $150,000 - $200,000 +
- Work 5 days per week with 2 days off

What will you be doing in this role: - Respond to inbound leads and inquiry
- Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
- Manage display suites and client appointments
- Negotiate sale prices and terms
- Nurture clients through to exchange and settlement
- Attend sales meetings and share market insights
- Attend team sales meetings
- Assist with pricing and market feedback to adjust project positioning
The right candidate will have: - A minimum two years project sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the North Shore property market preferable
- Immaculate presentation
- The ability to collaborate and work as a part of a team
- A current real estate licence or certificate of registration
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sundays
- Strong relationship management skills
- The ability to confidently negotiate and close sales
