About the company:

Our client, a prominent leader in healthcare support services, is dedicated to improving healthcare infrastructure and delivery across the region.

The role:

As a Program Scheduler, you will play a vital role in managing and reporting schedules, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and report on project schedules in alignment with project management frameworks.
• Monitor progress against baseline scope, budget, and cost tolerances.
• Manage issue and risk escalation and resolution related to project schedules.
• Develop and execute procedures for estimating, scheduling, and project controls.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Key experience:

• Demonstrated experience in schedule management, ideally within a project management framework.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project control tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable experience:

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry or similar regulated environment.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies.
