Project Services Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Support Supervisor to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering planned and project works that ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes while driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead the successful delivery of planned and project works across Sunshine Coast University Hospital, ensuring outcomes align with contractual and service expectations.
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, supporting a seamless customer experience.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Identify and implement service improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring risks are managed proactively and outcomes are consistently achieved.

What You’ll Bring 

• Proven experience in project delivery within facilities management, construction, or a related environment.

• Strong capability in managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple workstreams.

• Trade background (highly regarded) or relevant industry experience.

• Project Management qualification (desirable) or demonstrated practical experience.

• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
