Project Support Officer

Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Support Officer for 12 months + Contract in Nerang, QLD.

The Project Support Officer will provide high level support services to project managers and team members on the road infrastructure projects. You will provide administrative and project support to enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide high level administrative support to project managers and team members, including coordinating team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, preparing documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information, updates and presentations as required.
• Project support for financial approval documentation, contract administration systems and procurement related activities.
• Ensure infrastructure project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked and recorded.
• Provide administrative support to various Project Managers to ensure tasks are completed within specified deadlines.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
