The Opportunity – JL2 is looking for a Project Support Officer to work within the Defence environment.

Required Duties / Skills

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of Program Documentation including but not limited to; Program Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Schedule, Communication Management Plan
• Set up meetings as required, act as secretariate for formal meetings as required
• Assist with project reporting as required
• Be a source of contact into the project team
• Effectively communicating your insights, plans and any identified issues to the Project Manager
• Attention to detail
• Experience creating reports and presentations
• The ability to work closely with the team and stakeholders to reach outcomes
• A demonstrable record of working within professional teams
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Required Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Previous experience in the Defence environment will be highly regarded

You Must Have

Due to client requirements, you MUST be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance of Negative Vetting 1.
