Corona Cabinets is looking for a Projects-Admin to join our team. We are based in Lytton and have a small admin team. 

 

A Little About Us

Corona Cabinets was established in March of 2002 to service the commercial construction sector. Starting out with 4 employees the company experienced continuous rapid growth and now employs up to 70 employees.

Corona Cabinets have experience in a wide variety of commercial projects ranging from education facilities in schools & universities, aged care facilities & hospitals, multi residential through to tenancy fit-outs from restaurants & pubs to corporate offices.

About the role:

We currently have a vacancy for a Projects Admin Role to join our team here in Lytton QLD. We are looking for a friendly candidate to be able to work with our projects & estimating team and assist with their day to day duties. 

This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Duties will include:

  1. Support the Estimator in printing and collating request for quotations from builders
  2. Assisting the projects team with projects emails & job set ups. 
  3. Filing of Job Files and Accounts Filing
  4. Create and Send off SWMS/Warranty Manuals for our Clients 

 

About you:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: 

  1. An enthusiastic and organised attitude with little to no experience required. 
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  3. Fantastic communication skills 
  4. Ability to utilise Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel)
