Your new role You will support the organisation's property and investment portfolios through accurate reporting, analysis and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing budgets and reviewing reports from external managers.
Tracking capital projects and producing regular management reports.
Managing journals, lease accruals and property settlement accounting.
Assisting with statutory reporting and audits.
Analysing leasing and investment proposals.
Monitoring cash flow, loan covenants and tax compliance (BAS and GST).
You'll play a key role in delivering reliable financial insights and strengthening processes across the finance team. What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualification.
Minimum 3 years' experience in financial reporting for commercial property.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience preparing complex journals and statutory financial statements.
Knowledge of GST and its application to property-related transactions.
Eager-ness to learn and a collaborative approach.
Strong financial analysis and organisational skills.
Experience with equity investments (desirable not essential).
Exposure to TechnologyOne (desirable not essential).
