This organisation is known for delivering premium residential experiences and is now gearing up for the next phase of a major project in Southbank. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, strong communication, and exceptional client service.
Your new role As the Property Administrator, you'll be the key point of contact for purchasers and prospective clients across the entire customer journey - from initial engagement right through to settlement and beyond. This is a highly interactive position where you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular phone calls, emails, and personalised communication.
Prospect and book appointments from internal client databases.
Liaise with internal Sales staff, external channel agents, and stakeholders locally and interstate.
Assist with reviewing contract documentation in collaboration with legal representatives.
Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Issue introductory and congratulatory communications.
Guide clients through the pre-settlement process, ensuring all steps and paperwork are clearly understood.
Support settlement day activities, ensuring a professional and smooth handover.
Manage post-settlement matters, including defect reporting, warranty queries, and coordination with relevant teams.
Represent the business in a polished and personable manner at the display suite when required.
