About the role
As a Property Administrator / Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate property records, managing tenant communications, and supporting the property management team with various administrative tasks.

About you
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in data entry or administrative tasks, preferably in property management. Strong IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential, alongside excellent organisational and time management abilities. Familiarity with property management software would be a significant advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, whilst an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
