With a tool of trade vehicle supporting your work, you’ll partner with suppliers, claims teams and other specialists to lift service quality, maintain overall supplier performance and ensure our members receive the best possible experience. You’ll use insights, data and meaningful conversations to influence how things get done across a fast moving environment. This is a permanent full-time role based in Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Lead supplier assurance activities by completing desktop and onsite audits that strengthen quality, performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyse supplier data and trends to identify cost, quality and leakage opportunities, and recommend practical improvements.
• Build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal teams to support performance, collaboration and better member outcomes.
• Facilitate supplier performance meetings, sharing insights and driving actions that lift service and operational standards.
• Capture and validate information to support accurate reporting, compliance needs and effective supplier management.
• Contribute to process enhancements that simplify workflows, reduce variation and support consistent delivery.
• Step into operational tasks during peak periods to keep things moving smoothly for teams and members.

What You'll Bring

• Experience working with suppliers, technical teams or operational environments where accuracy and service matter.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex conversations.
• Confidence working with data to spot patterns, create insights and translate findings into clear actions.
• An understanding of repair, construction or claims processes preferred but not required.
• A collaborative approach that helps teams work better together and solve problems in practical ways.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• A commitment to delivering great experiences for people, even in challenging situations.
