• Sourcing and securing industrial property solutions that align with major clients' network needs 

• Presenting to clients and holding your own in the room with confidence 

• Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver bold, creative outcomes

What we’re looking for: 

• 3–6 years’ experience in industrial property – agency, tenant rep or research experience highly regarded 

• A team player with a hunger to learn, grow, and contribute 

• Strong business development drive and commercial instincts 

• Sharp market knowledge and a natural communicator 

• Comfortable with clients, credible with stakeholders
