Property Inspection Manager - Positive Work Culture

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in advancing our business operations and ensuring the profitability and efficiency of our Site Inspection Department. As the Manager of the Site Inspection Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our site inspection operations, including staff management, client relations, fleet management, and adherence to company policies and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Lead and mentor site inspection staff to foster professional growth and meet organisational goals. 

- Uphold company values and culture at all levels of site inspection operations. 

- Establish and enforce accountability measures to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) within specified timelines. 

- Set a positive example and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the site business unit. 

- Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and sustainability. 

- Effectively manage change and foster a finishing mindset among team members. 

- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide regular reporting regarding site inspection staff performance and address any pertinent issues. 

- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for site inspection staff. 

- Administer staff leave and oversee professional development and training requirements for the site inspection team. 

Requirements: 

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 

- Strong understanding of business operations, including fleet management and client relations. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Common sense and great problem-solving skills are a must. 

- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance. 

- Experience in setting and achieving goals, KPIs, and targets aligned with business strategies.
