Property Inspector - No Experience required

 Full time – 5 days week 

Must be able to start asap

 Role requirement:

We are seeking a full-time individual who is willing to work in the field 5 days week, and be an  all-rounder,  you need to  be comfortable with the following :

• Willing to drive across metropolitan Sydney (between properties across Sydney) and deal with people 
• Undertaking in-house sales tasks with phone sales and customer follow-ups if inspections are changed or cancelled. 
• Using computers and smartphones
• Working independently.
• Be willing to additionally work alongside 

 Requirements

• Use your own vehicle + reliable car + comprehensively insured vehicle
• Full license and a clean driving record
• No criminal record
• Fluency in  English
• A must for attention to detail and punctuality.

What can you expect from an average workday?

• Visiting and inspecting properties taking photos and recording details on each property to send to the office.
• When there are no inspections booked, you will work alongside and support our sales operational team in our office at Homebush to manage our products.
• We have other upcoming operational roles to fill, so we may even make additional offers based on your skills, we want you to grow with us

No knowledge of the industry as we will train you !
