Job description The firm This full-service Melbourne law firm, with a broader footprint across other states, advises business and private clients across a broad range of practice areas. With just over 100 staff, the firm offers a broad practice environment, direct Principal support and access to professional development and learning opportunities.
The role and team This role sits within the property law team, where property is a significant part of the firm's overall practice. The work spans property transactions, leasing, subdivision and development, planning and local government issues, owners corporation matters, title issues, complex property issues and property disputes.
The team advises business clients, private clients, developers, landlords and tenants across residential, commercial, retail, industrial and farming land matters.

To be successful, you will possess the following • Admission to practice law in Victoria, with at least 5+ years' experience in property law
• Experience across property transactions, leasing, development or disputes
• Ability to provide practical and commercial legal advice
• Integrity and a strong commitment to your work
