What you’ll be doing:

• Processing invoices and assisting PM's with budgets as instructed
• Drafting PM documents & providing clerical support to management
• Liaising with Trust Accountants, PM's & Agency Administrators
• Report issues and generate work orders as instructed

What you’ll need:

• Real Estate experience (highly considered)
• Sales administration experience (highly considered)
• Property management experience (highly considered)
• Cirrus8 experience (highly considered)
