Property Management Assistant - Urgent Hiring

We are currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time Property Managers Assistant to join our busy Professionals Mandurah Office.

Due to incredible growth, we are seeking a motivated, self-confident person whom will take the initiative to complete tasks and has a passion for property management, great customer service skills and want to be part of a growing dynamic team.

THE JOB

• Full Time or Part Time Assistant to Property Managers.

• Lease preparation and renewals.

• Liaise with owners, tenants, and all stakeholders.

• Entering of invoices for end of month payment.

• Carry out routine inspections.

• Carry out rent reviews.

• Follow-up on rent arrears and issuing appropriate notices.

If you have previous experience and are interested in part time or full time employment, the hours can be flexible to suit you.

YOU NEED

• Prefer A Current Property Managers Registration for Western Australia

• A current ‘C’ class drivers’ licence and a reliable vehicle

• Experience working as a Property Manager Assistant or experience as a Property Manager.
