Property Management Position with an award winning team!

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Property Manager to be part of our award winning team. For the right candidate we can offer flexible hours and the possibility of splitting your time between the office and working from home.

The successful candidate will be appreciated, valued and respected within our team environment.  You must possess excellent communication skills and at least 12 months experience in a property management role.

Duties / responsibilities

  • Be part of a team in the full end to end management of a large portfolio
  • Managing property maintenance
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Follow up of rental arrears
  • Tenant/Landlord communication
  • Management of data entry for all properties managed by you
  • Keeping up to date and practice current Property Management legislation
  • Regular communication with landlords and tenants
  • Attending to the day to day activities of managing a property portfolio

Skills / Experience:

  • You must have a current Real Estate Certificate
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer service focused
  • Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
  • Disciplined to follow procedures and process
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Current driver's licence and own car or ability to get to the office.
