About the Role, but not limited to:

This position is an All Rounder type role. It would suit an Assistant Property Manager or a Property Manager wanting to take a step back and not manage a portfolio anymore

Administration and Assistant Property Management tasks
Assist with any adhoc admin or reception
Fill into Property Manager portfolios when they are on annual/sick leave

The Ideal Candidate

Experience managing a residential portfolio or have been an Assistant Property Manager with knowledge on portfolio management - ESSENTIAL
Current WA Property Management Registration & valid drivers license
Passion, drive and motivation for a career in Real Estate
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Corporate presentation
