Property Manager

About the role:  
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.    

Based at our Brighton office, you will build firm relationships with our amazing landlords and tenants and be part of the continued nurturing of our fantastic team culture.   You will also play a key role in shaping and adapting how we better deliver a value-added support function to our dynamic sales team and clients alike. 

Your responsibilities:  

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties.  

• Support the team to achieve their full potential.  

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers.  

• Resolve complex issues and provide expert advice on property management matters.  

• Represent Marshall White in a professional and positive manner at all times.  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:  

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in property management  

• Strong knowledge of property management legislation and industry best practices.  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.  

• A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.  

• Positive and an enthusiastic attitude
