Exciting Opportunity for a Residential Property Manager – Join Our High-Performing Team!

Are you a passionate Residential Property Manager with excellent communication skills and a love for both people and business? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the high-performing Sodexo Property Management Team.  

We offer two options for this role:

• A FIFO roster (Monday to Friday 5:2)

• A residential role based in Paraburdoo (Relocation assistance provided)

About the Role:

Take your property management career to the next level by managing a unique remotely located portfolio. This is your chance to play a key role in one of Australia’s largest property management contracts, overseeing properties for a single major Australian mining client.

As part of the regionally based Property Management team, you'll be guided in contract delivery, organizational processes, and compliance by your Housing Manager. Our regionally based teams receive continuous support from our Perth-based team, including the General Manager, Trust Account Manager, and Property Compliance Manager.

In this role, you’ll apply your Property Management expertise with confidence, ensuring best practices and compliance are maintained. You’ll gain valuable insights into the unique nature of a sophisticated client portfolio and integrated facility management contracts, while continuing to grow professionally.

Role Specifics:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all typical property management duties, including but not limited to:

• Managing housing applications, assessments, and reviews

• Overseeing leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures

• Conducting routine inspections and PCRs

• Managing property maintenance

• Handling bonds and tenant damage cost recovery

• No trust accounting, no end-of-month responsibilities, and no weekend home opens

Relocation Assistance:

To support your relocation, we offer three financial benefits in addition to your salary and superannuation:

• Long-Term Retention Bonus – $15,000 (subject to company policy)

• Relocation Assistance – $6,000 (subject to company policy)

• Regional Living Allowance – $12,000 (per annum)
