About the Role

As a Property Manager at our Manningham office, you will:

• Take full responsibility for managing a residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.


• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their properties are well cared for and their expectations exceeded.


• Work closely with a dedicated team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


• Handle all aspects of property management—from leasing and inspections to maintenance coordination and compliance—with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your portfolio with autonomy, ensuring timely rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant communications.


• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies, safeguarding our reputation for excellence.


• Proactively resolve property and tenant issues, balancing empathy with effective problem-solving.


• Represent the Marshall White brand with integrity, professionalism, and pride in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years’ property management experience, ideally in premium markets.


• In-depth knowledge of property legislation and best practices.


• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure.
