A fantastic opportunity has come our way for a Senior Property Manager with one of the top PM departments in the East, located in the highly sought-after heart of Eastern Beaches area. You'll be part of a fantastic team culture, with great friendships and ongoing training from the franchise group. This outstanding Department Head will provide leadership, mentoring and an ear to workshop any arising issues, and you'll have access to proven progression plans. The job entails the day-to-day management of 180 high-end residential managements, landlord communication, rental arrears, rent reviews and renewals, insurance claims, high-level repairs/renovations, and tribunal attendance. You'll work with PropertyMe and Inspection Manager, and there's no need to worry about accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections.
To secure this amazing role, you need to have previous Senior Property Management Industry experience, a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, and a reliable car with a current NSW Driver's License.
