Property Manager

We are growing and looking for a vibrant and energetic Full Time Property Manager to join our team! This position can be moulded to fit the right person. 

Located in our Logan based office (Berrinba) Reporting to the Team Leader.

Property Manager:

This position would suit anyone who is already a Property Manager and looking for a change OR perhaps you are an Assistant Property Manager looking to take the next step up the ladder?

You will be responsible for a wide variety of property management tasks including (but not limited to):

• Standard Property Management tasks
• Responding to emails and phone calls from all clients
• Maintenance Management
• Arrears Management
• Lease Renewals
• Exit condition reports
• Landlord and tenant communication
• Plenty of support staff (Leasing, Entry Conditions, Shared Assistant, Trust Accounting and Routine Inspections all done by dedicated staff)

The applicant must have a current QLD Real Estate License/Certificate and Drivers License.

We have enormous flexibility in our fun, friendly and efficient workplace with an ability to complete some work from home, thus catering to your personal needs as well as the requirements of the role.

A company car is available during the day for work related duties.
