We are now looking for a Property Manager to join our award-winning team on a Permanent Full-Time basis (38 hours per week).

The Role

Located in the Wollongong CBD, your role as an Property Manager will give you the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of high performers while being supported by a solid organisational structure and positive company culture.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with lots of initiative, who has great time management and organisational skills. You will be assistant by a full-time property management assistant, leasing consultant and admin staff. (No leasing, accounts or ingoings!)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Management of a select portfolio of residential properties
• Outgoing and routine inspections of properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Organising maintenance and repairs
• Representing owners at NCAT as required

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Real Estate Licence and ideally 2 years+ experience as a Property Manager
• Knowledge of PropertyMe and InspectRealEstate software will be highly regarded but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs and moderate IT skills
• Sound knowledge of the real estate processes, including legislation and regulations
• Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
• Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Own car and full driver’s licence
