About the Role

• Manage a portfolio of 100 - 140 x properties  – Central portfolio mostly Vic Park, Carlisle and Como areas.
• Flexible/remote working arrangements - working smart without being overloaded - spend an extra day with friends & family!!  Only required to be in the office 2 x days per week (after onboarding).
• Streamlined systems & procedures in place
• High-level support team and assistants

Skills & Experience

• Current Property Management Registration
• Previous property management experience, assistants encouraged to also apply
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication
• Someone who likes to also have fun at work, team culture is this agency's pride & joy
