Our client, a boutique Real Estate business in Southwest Sydney, understands the crucial role of property management in their success. They boast industry-leading systems, one on one mentoring from down to earth, hands on Directors and a modern, open place office space.

Due to growth in their business, they are seeking to appoint a Property Manager to work alongside a team of fun, dedicated and talented individuals who love what they do, proudly servicing the South West Suburbs of Sydney!

The Position

In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of 250 residential properties
• Be supported by two junior property officers
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct inspections
• Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
• Represent the landlord at tribunal hearings
• Minimise rental arrears

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• First class communication and customer service
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
• Impeccable personal presentation
• The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Ideally residing in Greater Western Sydney
