Operating out of a long-established office, in a top-performing network, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a vibrant and successful team. The Role:

• Circa 150 properties with loads of support
• Mainly in-office duties
• Handling maintenance
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit condition reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants

The Candidate:

• 2+ years Property Management experience
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Avalid driver's license
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
