- Circa 150 properties with loads of support
- Mainly in-office duties
- Handling maintenance
- Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
- Manage arrears
- Conduct exit condition reports
- Upload rental listings online
- Tenant sign-ups
- Liaise with owners and tenants

The Candidate:
- 2+ years Property Management experience
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Avalid driver's license
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
