We are seeking an ambitious and career-focused professional to join a leading Real Estate office in Sydney.
Our client's PM Assistant role provides a clear pathway into property management. You will be integral to the team, working closely with the Property Management team to ensure the efficient completion of PM-related activities. If you are customer service-centric, solution-oriented, possess a positive outlook, and thrive in a supportive and engaging environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role: - Perform ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Prepare reports and paperwork to deliver timely and valuable feedback
- Assist with any maintenance queries
- Record and manage keys according to office procedures
- Assist with various ad hoc administration
The Person: - Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate experience not mandatory
- Valid driver's license
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
