Are you a current Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager looking for a great, new opportunity?

We are seeking a motivated, positive and driven individual looking for a long term career in the Real Estate Industry. You must value customer service and show initiative when solving problems. 

You will work alongside our amazing team of Property Managers and our supportive Director of Property Management.

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

• Building relationships with both Owners and Tenants
• Co-ordinating maintenance work
• Liaising with both Owners and Tenants as required
• Shortlisting and recommending new tenants 
• Negotiating leases and rent reviews
• Organising and managing home opens
• Conducting routine inspections (PCR's outsourced).

We will provide all the necessary training and mentoring you will need to succeed in your new role. We have management positions in our organisation and will provide further development opportunities, if you are interested in progressing your professional career.

We are seeking candidates who have the following:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional demeanour with a great positive attitude
• Driven, motivated and career orientated
• Proficient IT skills
• Ability to work un-supervised and within a TEAM
• Willingness to learn and show initiative 
• Current Property Management Registration (preferred)
• Current WA drivers licence
