Duties & Responsibilities:
As their sole Property Manager, you will be required to:

• Process and follow up on maintenance orders
• Prepare CMA's - Lease renewals
• Invoicing
• Prepare and attend QCAT
• Issue leases
• Manage arrears
• Attend owner meetings
• Conduct exit reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Skills and experience required for the role:

• Previous Property Management experience ESSENTIAL! 3 + years minimum
• A current certificate of registration is essential
• Avalid driver's license
• Strong Communication skills
• Immaculately presented
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
