Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Narangba. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to both property owners and tenants. 

We are also seeking a keen and enthusiastic property manager that is looking to get their foot in the door with an experienced team that will prioritise your development. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential properties in Narangba and surrounding areas.
• Handle tenant and owner inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• We have a leasing officer, maintenance officer, and inspections officer in place, so we only need oversight and attention for more intricate issues in these domains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong knowledge of property management regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in property management software 
• Real estate licence
