As an experienced Property Manager, your tasks will include - Managing a local portfolio of residential properties
- Liaising with Renters and Rental Providers
- Arranging property maintenance
- Managing arrears
- Liaising with the Virtual Assistant's to assist your portfolio with both leasing and administration support.
- No Weekend work

Who we are looking for: - A current NSW Certificate of Registration/ Licence
