Position: Residential Property Manager
Location: Mt Eliza, Beachside Suburb
Portfolio Size: 110 Properties (Small Boutique Portfolio)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Role Overview:
As one of two Property Managers in our boutique agency, you will have the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of 110 properties. No two days are the same in this dynamic role, where you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential property management, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and all important client relations. You'll also benefit from administrative support to streamline your workload and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 110 residential properties
• Conduct property inspections, lease signings, and tenant screenings
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager 
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations
• Strong communication and experience with client relations is essential 
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
