Property Manager - Get Hired Fast

Celsius Property is looking for an experienced and highly motivated person to join our dynamic and friendly Property Management Team. Currently located in East Victoria Park, we will be relocating to brand new offices within our latest development at the top end of Rokeby Road Subiaco in late 2024. 

We are a boutique agency who look after their staff and have a family orientated business with great staff retention. Our portfolio is a mix of properties typically located within 15kms of the CBD and we take great pride in what we do and will always mange our clients’ investment, as if it were our own. 

The role will include:

• All aspects of portfolio management including regular communication with clients
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Repairs and maintenance
• Lease sign-ups and preparation
• Arrears management, including court representation (where necessary)
• Routine inspections, final inspections and updating Property Condition Reports
• No Trust Accounting
• No Initial PCRs (outsourced)

Typically, our PM team includes: 

• 3 qualified Property Managers
• Property Management Assistant (shared)
• Trust Account Manager

Collectively caring for around 350 properties, we believe in capping portfolio numbers to ensure you have a work/life balance and can provide a higher degree of service to landlords and tenants alike.  We are offering flexibility in the size of the portfolio to be managed ranging between 90 – 130 properties depending on the successful candidates experience and work structure.

To be considered for this position you will have:

• Current Property Management Registration
• Current WA Driver’s Licence and Licensed Vehicle available for work purposes 
• Good working knowledge of the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and the accompanying regulations, the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and the REIWA Rules of Practice and Code of Conduct.
• Ability to build and maintain loyal client relationships
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
• Process and systems orientated 
• Ability to embrace technology
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a Real Estate office
• Strong administration skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional work style and high standard of presentation
• An outgoing friendly personality that is also capable of dealing with pressure from time to time
