We are looking for an experienced property manager, with 2-3 years + of experience to join this fabulous team of high performers. FULL support to your portfolio, designed to enable you to provide the BEST quality to your clients.

The Role:

Managing around 180 Properties - all local!
Delivering exceptional customer service
Communicating with owners
Negotiating lease renewals
Attending NCAT as required
No Ingoings, No Outgoings, No Routines!
No Weekends!
Monday - Friday Only
1 DAY WFH!
Great team & environment - No micromanaging!
Fun & encouraging Directors!

The Candidate:

Ideally a Property Manager with 3 + years experience
Must be organised & have high attention to detail
Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
Highly ambitious and driven!
Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
The ability to build & maintain new relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
