The Client
Our client enhances the quality of the life of people living with complex disabilities through the provision and management of co designed, best practice and innovative SDA homes
The Assignment - End-to-end portfolio management of circa 30-40 properties
- The portfolio is located close to the office so minimal travel
- Parking Onsite
- Immediate Start for 3-4 x Weeks
- Must have property manager experience 3 years plus.
- Mostly in office work – with small team.
- Use property tree.
- NO routine inspections during this time.
The Criteria - Previous property management experience is essential
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Current Drivers' Licence & Reliable Car
- Experience on PropertyTree Software
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanor to manage existing relationships
- High-level customer service
